Job Description

Seeking a meticulous and problem solving Technical Architect to play a vital role to provide IT support, project delivery and implementation to our clients.

This role reports to the Client Support Manager based in Singapore and is expected provide timely and quality resolution for both helpdesk (3rd Line) and IT Field support (At the clients site) related incidents to end clients with brief responsibilities as below: –

  • Analyse and take ownership of client problems and implement corrective action to restore system functionality
  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support to both internal and external customers
  • Serve as a liaison between 3rd Party/Internal Tech Services and Clients regarding system operations/issues
  • Adhere to incident management and documentation practices
  • Monitor and meet client service level agreements
  • Maintain an excellent product knowledge of all company products and services as well as developments within  key vendor systems such as Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Avaya & Fortigate systems
  • Deploy and maintain Servers, desktop PC hardware, network equipment, software and telephone systems.
  • Ongoing support of client remote office locations, remote users, travelling staff, etc
  • Invest time in understanding current and new technical developments and stay up-to-date with these
  • Participate in rota for out of hours on-call support
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include some lifting
  • Assist during proposal, planning and implementation of client systems
  • Job requires two Saturdays per month ( For installation, training and projects work)
